1. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 - The contract between the customer and Vitale Caffè Shop shall be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by Vitale Caffè Shop. This acceptance is automatic, unless otherwise communicated to the client. By placing an order in the manner provided, you acknowledge that you have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, and accept the general conditions and payment transcribed below.
1.2 - If the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure, shall print or save an electronic copy and however keep these conditions general sale, subject to the provisions of articles. 50 et seq of Legislative Decree no. 206/05.

2. HOW TO BUY

2.2 - Correct receipt of order is confirmed by Vitale Caffè Shop through an answer by e-mail, sent to the email address supplied by the customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of the order and a 'Order Number to be used in any further communication with Vitale Caffè Shop. The message will include all the data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections, using the customer service.
2.3 - In the event of non-acceptance, Vitale Caffè Shop ensure timely notification to customer
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 - Purchases via PayPal: In case of purchase of goods with payment through PayPal, together with the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount of your purchase.
3.2 - Bank transfer in advance: the mode of payment by bank transfer is expected that the order will be processed only after payment by the customer and received by the Vitale Caffè Shop. The data required to perform bank transfer are reported in the order confirmation page and e-mail order confirmation sent to the customer. The payment description of the bank transfer must contain the order number and the name and surname of the order.
3.3 - Credit Card Payment by credit card can be made using the payment method Pay Pal without having a PayPal account and without registering on Pay Pal. In case of purchase of goods with credit card payment through Pay Pal, charge the credit card takes place at the same time of the order.

4. METHOD AND EXPENSES OF DELIVERY
4.1 - The free shipping is meant to refer only to deliveries in the Italian territory with the exception of San Marino, the Vatican City and the town of Livigno and Campione d'Italy.
4.2 - For international shipments amounts to be paid will be shown during the purchasing process and will be based on the quantity purchased and the destination of the goods.
4.3 - Under Article .22 of Presidential Decree 633/72 of the Italian law the bill of sale must be requested in advance. The customer must notify the VAT and tax code. The customer is responsible for the information submitted for billing.

4.4 - The delivery charges, if any, shall be borne by the Customer and are clearly specify in the order process. Nothing is due more from the Customer with respect to the total order.
4.5 - No responsibility can be attributed to Vitale Caffè Shop in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.
4.6 - The delivery of the ordered means at street level unless notice of our customer service at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

4.7 - In the case of non-delivery due to reasons attributable to the recipient (Communication error in the shipping address or after 2nd attempt of delivery courier with recipient absent) the goods remain in storage for 5 days in the subsidiary attributable to the courier charge . 4.8 - In the case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to deliver to the address specified by the Customer, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of Vitale Caffè Shop.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 - In accordance with Articles. 64 et seq of Legislative Decree no. 206/05, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate the purchase order form a reference of VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.

The goods will be sent by the customer to Vitale Caffè Shop at the address above. Within 30 days of the return of the goods, Vitale Caffè Shop will re-credit the amount after verifying the integrity of the goods and retaining only the amount of the shipping costs to send the goods. 5.3 - The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

If the package and / or the original packaging is damaged, Vitale Caffè Shop will deduct from the refund due a percentage, but not more than 10% of it, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
5.4 - The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the good (box and / or its contents), where Vitale Caffè Shop finds:

- the lack of external and / or internal packaging,
- the absence of elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods remain at the headquarters of Vitale Caffè Shop, available to the customer for collection at his expense.
6. GUARANTEES
All products sold in concession from Vitale Caffè Shop are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/05. To qualify for the warranty, the customer must keep the invoice.
6.1 - The guarantee of 24 months in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating a VAT number). In case of lack of conformity, and not having the manufacturer's service centers in the vicinity of the customer can refer to Vitale Caffè Shop paying only the shipping costs to send the product under warranty for repair.

The contract of sale between the customer and Vitale Caffè Shop is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this contract of sale at a distance, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial competence is that of the reference hole of his town of residence in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is the only forum of Napoli - Italy.
