Green coffee is rich in methylxanthines, substances that have a lipolytic effect and reduced absorption of fat. Methylxanthines removes the adipose tissue from fatty acids.

The green coffee has antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory, also reduces the formation of glucose from glycogen in the liver and acts on the intestinal mucosa, decreasing the proportion of absorbed sugars.
